Our stay in Crete was made even more special by the fantastic accommodation at Palazzo Arhontiko. Wonderful view from our room, well-equipped apartment, clean facilities, and convenient location. Will definitely return again.

We couldn't have asked for better value for our money - the room at Palazzo Arhontiko exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, space, and overall beauty. The location was unbeatable, just seconds from a stunning sandy beach and surrounded by charming restaurants and seafront walks. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, making our stay truly memorable.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options to cater to different dietary preferences.

The staff really care about the guests. In my case, Popi (the manager) not only helped me get sunburn cream from the only pharmacy open on a Sunday, but she arranged a ride for me to airport when the taxi drivers went on strike.

After 8:30 in the morning, the street outside can get loud loud from buses and motorbikes.

The Palazzo is family owned and operated. All the personnel including the owners and especially the hostess (unfortunately I forgot to ask her name) were very kind and helpful. We have been welcomed with home made Kira. We were serve all sorts of home made goodies at each breakfast (pastries, cakes, ... and even the honey which is produced by the family on the Island in front of Agios Nikolaos). Everything was delicious!

Nothing to complain about, except maybe the fact that it is too far from Canada and we may not have to chance to return to this place.

We spent our Xmas holiday at a wonderful hotel with a great sea view. The breakfast was diverse with friendly staff serving it, and the location was perfect for exploring the town and beach. We especially enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen in our room which was perfect for making our own Xmas dinner. the daily room service was impeccable.

The hotel was situated in a noisy area, making it difficult to sleep at times. We also had some trouble finding parking especially since the hotel did not have its own designated parking area.

Amazing hotel, amazing owner - her name Popi - she knows everything about everything in Ayos Nikolaos and around, she has the best recommandation about restaurats. the apartments are great. the best location in Ayos Nikolaos on the beach.

This hotel offers great value for money. The attention to detail is evident in the well-equipped and spacious rooms kept in a traditional style. The location is perfect, right in front of the nicest beach in the city, with nearby restaurants facing the beach. The staff are friendly and the service is top-notch. The hotel also has a very pleasant terrace with the best view in town.

The rooms with sea view have a large balcony, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The staff provides a personal touch and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location is ideal, right in front of the city's nicest beach and surrounded by nice restaurants facing the beach.

The privacy of having your own appartment. Poppi the owner was also excellent. She answered all our questions by email long before we arrived, sorted transfers and can't recommend enough. We will be back next year!

The Hotel is near the beach and very close to shops, restaurants. Situated beautifully. The family who run the hotel is very friendly and always helpful.

The hotel is perfect if you want to be right on the beach, with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants and cafes. The rooms are kept clean and in a traditional style, with a view. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they really make you feel like royalty when you enter. Plus, the breakfast served is amazing and authentically Cretan.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly, with great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. I also enjoyed the lovely view from the balcony, overlooking the sparkling blue sea.

The WiFi connection in the room was quite weak and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected with family and colleagues. noise from outside was sometimes bothersome, though it is to be expected given the central location.
